Usability testingWe record each user test on video asking open-ended questions about how the subjects feel about the site, how they would perform specific tasks and how easy or difficult they found the site to use. Valuable feedback can be gleaned from even a small number of participants.



Test results are then collated and a written report is prepared with any issues and recommendations for improvement.

Booking Form

  • Users expected to see a form already completed with the details of the product instead of having to complete this information themselves.
  • Postal Address
    75% of test subjects were reluctant to give their postal address and could not see why they were being asked to do so.
  • Terms and Conditions
    All subjects were concerned at having to agree to the Terms and Conditions simply to make a sales enquiry. This caused suspicion among the test subjects.
  • Required Fields
    Subjects were not aware of which fields on the form were mandatory. They clicked repeatedly on the submit button without success and assumed there was an error on the website.
